Can I use Joomla here?

NO! Joomla is a heavy CMS script that we don't allow on our servers for a reason. It uses up too much CPU to be used by one person at a time, which causes our hardware to crash, causing server downtime. We also don't allow other heavy CPU consuming scripts that consist of, gaming, ad-revenue, Joomla, Mambo, Dolphin. If you believe a script might be heavy, ask before use. Hosting any heavy CPU consuming script will be a result of your account being terminated.

Why would they offer that as an auto-installation if they didn't want it being used? Wow, Freeweb7 sucks hard...

Now I have to redo the site.
